The villa is fully equipped with high-end amenities, including a private saltwater pool, comprehensive air-conditioning and heating, fast Wi-Fi, smart light/blind automation, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and a shaded outdoor BBQ deck. We also provide all bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

We are incredibly close to the coast! The villa is just a 5-minute drive from Fonte da Telha, which is widely considered the best beach in the South Bay for swimming, surfing, and relaxing.

Is parking available at the property?
Yes, we offer secure, gated parking directly on the property. There is also ample free parking available on the street right outside the villa.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is the villa family-friendly?
Absolutely. With three bedrooms, multiple dining areas, and a private enclosed garden, it is perfect for families. Please note that the pool is not fenced, so children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors.

Do I need to rent a car?
While there is public transport nearby, we highly recommend renting a car. It is the most convenient way to access the nearby beaches, supermarkets, local wineries, and the Arrábida Natural Park.

In order to maintain a pristine environment for all future guests, including those with allergies, we do not allow pets on the property.

The villa is a 25-minute drive from the historic heart of Lisbon and roughly 30 to 35 minutes from Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), depending on traffic across the bridge.

Yes! Verdizela is a well-equipped residential area with several supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies just a few minutes away. For dining, you will find fantastic beachfront seafood restaurants just 5 minutes away at Fonte da Telha.
